Same with the blur effect. I picked a dry brush in Photoshop and painted the blur lines, &quot;flipping&quot; back and forth between successive frames in Photoshop. It took trial and error, since it was my first try at something like this, but in the end I&#039;m quite satisfied with the result.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Hope that answered your questions.
