This guy seemed to be enjoying his pre-dinner conversation with friends outside a nearby Lebanese Taverna. His sharp features and rather over-sized jacket (It was Spring when I sketched this) caught my eye.

I’m starting a new series on this blog, where I post a sketchbook page every Sunday. For starters, here are a couple of sketches from SIGGRAPH New Orleans. These were drawn at a wi-fi hotspot where attendees stopped to use the internet or just rest their weary legs.
